Vinaigrette Sauce Bream Recipe

Serving : 2 Servings

Ingredients

  • 2 whole breams,
  • 1 onion,
  • 1 potato,
  • 1 carrot,
  • 1 zucchini,
  • 1 red pepper,
  • 2 bay leaves,
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil,
  • Salt,
  • Pepper.

For Vinaigrette Sauce;

  • 2 tablespoons vinegar (of any kind),
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil,
  • 2 shallots onion,
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard,
  • Salt,
  • Pepper.

Preparation

  1. For the vinaigrette sauce chop the shallot onions finely,
  2. In a small bowl, combine onions, olive oil, dijon mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper together,
  3. Chop the potato, pepper, zucchini and pepper,
  4. Take all the vegetables in a deep bowl and pour half of the sauce over and mix well,
  5. Spread the vegetables into a baking sheet covered with wax paper,
  6. Spread the remaining sauce over the fish and rub with your hands,
  7. Place the bay leaves in the fish and lay the fish on the vegetables,
  8. Bake in a 190 C degrees pre-heated oven until the veggies are tender (about 35-40 min).
